Our story
Board Vault was founded by operators, chairs and search partners who saw first-hand how opaque the NED market had become. Vacancies were closed off. Adverts were vague. Directors relied on personal networks; companies relied on generalist headhunters who touched the boardroom once a year.
We built Board Vault as both — a live, searchable job board where directors can see and apply to real Non-Executive vacancies, and a specialist staffing agency companies retain for board and committee search.
What we do
For directors: free access to a curated feed of NED, Chair, SID, Committee and Advisory vacancies — AI-matched to your sector and availability, with warm introductions handled by our team.
For companies: retained board search delivered in 10 working days — from role scoping and shortlist to interviews, referencing and offer. Trading as Board Vault under Maveriq Capital Finance Ltd.
