Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Board Vault platform, operated by Maveriq Capital Finance Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using the platform you agree to these terms.

1. The platform

Board Vault is a board recruitment and advisory platform connecting directors, companies and partners. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal or corporate services.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Membership is at our discretion; we may decline or suspend accounts where diligence checks are not met.

3. Fees

Director membership is free. Director Plus subscriptions are billed monthly. Company search fees are agreed in writing per engagement. All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated.

4. Introductions & placements

Candidate introductions are made only with explicit consent. Placement fees are payable by the hiring entity per the engagement letter. Circumventing our introduction process is prohibited.

5. Content & conduct

You are responsible for content you submit and must not upload unlawful, misleading or infringing material. We may remove content and terminate accounts that breach these terms.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
